If we stop giving (credit card) on an unreceived ebay purchase, will they still achieve compensated? We bought an item from ebay 21 days ago, the supplier refuses

We bought an item from ebay 21 days ago, the supplier refuses to respond to e-mails, so we go ahead and stopped payment through our credit card. They said they would compensation the money, it's been 21 days. Does that denote they will get the money and the credit card company is only eating the $125.00 or will they remove it from their depiction?
It will show as a charge back on the seller account and you will achieve the money back.

The merchant will not have his money as Visa/Master card etc will claw the money fund.
Hello my friend,

You don't hold to worry almost the credit card companies eating the money, probability are good that they won't.

I am an eBay hawker. When you stop the payment, within is a chance that the wholesaler may be protected by Paypal.

I would contact Paypal, if you used your credit card with them to kind the purchase.

Let them know what happened.

We don't necessitate sellers close to these on eBay.

I would contact eBay as well. Also, leave your job the appropriate feedback. This helps other eBay buyers to engineer their decision.

I hope this help.

Answers:    You should formally challenge the charge next to your credit card company. The cr card company will credit you pending their investigation. If the dealer ultimately refunds you, the credit card company will process the charge. You break even which is what you want to do.
It will show as a chargeback on the sellers details, and you will not be charged.
