If unauthorized being encash your check? What can we do if some unauthorized person get our signed checks

What can we do if some unauthorized person get our signed checks and encash it, and we haven't placed any stop payment.

Answers:
First sour, you should never sign blank checks without using them right away. That is extremely risky and can get you within quite a bind. If someone have stolen some checks of yours that have already be signed, it will be difficult for you to prove to your bank that you didn't write the checks. I work at a guard and encounter fraudulent checks that clear off of customer's accounts. The first piece that the bank will do is verify the signature on the check. If you previously signed the check beforehand the person steals it, afterwards you already have a vague argument. What you need to do is dance to your bank and sermon to the manager and explain the situation to them. I'm sure they will try to work beside you in this business.

Good luck!
They comitted fraud and you have them arrested and find your money back
