Hello! I opened a combined account for a clan member who doesn't hold a very appropriate credit rating. If that family partaker misses mortgage payment, which I am not cut of, could it hurt by credit rating? Thanks!

Answers:
It will not effect you credit score, but it could effect your interest rate that your card charges you.

A lot of credit cards own in their vocabulary and conditions that if you or anyone else on your account is deferred with some other lender consequently they have the right to increase your interest rate.

I own seen this appear more then once.
No. Your rating will remain intact because you are not on the mortgage. It will only effect the creature on the mortgage with them. However net sure that they are making your credit card payments on time because if that's unsettled, then as you would expect that will affect your credit.
No, it won't hurt your credit score. Just view your joint narrative closely to be sure the payments are being made on the dot.
No, it will with the sole purpose hurt their credit rating.
It should only hurt you if they defaulting on the credit card.
No, Unless you are on that Mortgage Loan. I had a American Express card near an ex of mine and his good standing is on my credit. Everything else that be seperate stay's that way singular the joint side will hurt you if it goes within bad standing its on both of your credit history's. I know I wouldnt support out family approaching that if they cant pay near house payment. You enjoy GUTS.
