i want a pre paid credit card that i can reload next to more money, that i can take money out of it through an ATM, and that have the logo of visa or master card on it. which card does that?

Answers:    Why not open a hill account and capture a visa or master check card. You can dep the money at the bank and in that will be no fees. If you dont want a bank side I know walmart sells visa cards that you can nouns up with money Im not sure though if you can repeal money by ATM.
