I received a memorandum from an arbitration Company for debt I owe what can I do?

Answers:    It means they are suing you informally. Sometimes when a debt is not open and shut of a luggage, they use arbitration to determine your liability. You can argue your case. However, arbitration is carried out by lawyers and you will involve legal issues to support your case. You could consult a legal representative about your case. If they have a good case, they would hold asked for a judgment and liens, garnishments and so on. Maybe you have a honest case to relief the debt. You also hold the right to opt out of arbitration of your case and be sued the regular way. They can't force you to plead the travel case in arbitration, but it could cost you more if you insist on formal hearing procedures near a judge and the lawyers. One point is if you lose in arbitration you are unable to appeal to a better court and the arbitration is final, if you agree to arbitration.
It depends on what it says in the communiqu¨¦. If it's informing you of a hearing, go to the audible range. If you don't go, there will be an arbitration award against you that bad be sent to your local court and entered as a judgment.
