It automatically get filed. It does not acquire removed until it is repaid and they take it stale. The other crappy thing for that entity is that it is the first thing that a credit place will see. Anyone who runs their credit thought it first. There also is no guarantee when you will get the money. That's the solely thing that sucks nearly it. Hope this helps
