These are automated teller gadget cards of Banks
I do believe very soon that you can use a good ole regular ATM card minus the Visa/Mastercard logo at the grocery store now. The stores adopt a ton of different types of cards now. But the essentials are still the same...put card contained by or through, put in amount and PIN.
You put the stupid card surrounded by da machine, enter your pin and select expense. DUGH
Answers: Try going to the bank that you applied from, otherwise near are going to be service charges, which are totally not worth th emoney, wamu, boa, citibank are pretty good
Make sure that when you choose which ATM to use, it is one that your ridge sponsors. This is called one "in the network" for that ATM. If you are using a mechanism that is contained by the network, your wall won't charge you a "foreign ATM" or "out-of-network" ATM fee.
If you use an ATM to be precise out-of-network, you will get a excise from YOUR bank, and some machines will charge you a second duty for the out-of-network ATM's bank.
Be tight-fisted asking for a mini-balance report from the ATM. Many banks very soon charge an extra fee you to bring this report on a separate slip from your ATM.

Next, what are you trying to use it for?
If it have a Visa, of MasterCard logo, you have a debit card. Debit cards can be used exactly resembling credit cards except your purchases are deducted directly form your checking description. If you are trying to get currency from an ATM, insert the card into the slot. There is usually a diagram the show which direction to insert it. Every ATM I've ever seen have on screen instructions that are markedly complete.
