My husband and I had two judgement file against us at the end of closing year. One was an eviction spot that went to court, and the other be for state income tax near a tax lien against our property. We salaried both of these off contained by full and the tax lien be released, but they are still on our credit reports as unsatisfied. It's been two months already. What is the subsequent step for getting these updated on our credit report as satisfied or salaried in full, and the show that the excise lien has be released. We are really in a hurry because we are staying beside his mother, and can't qualify for another apartment of our own until these items are updated.
You don't update your own credit reports, It is report by any credit, lenders, and etc.
You get receipts when you paid the two judgment off correct? Send the three credit bureaus copies of those receipts and they will update them as expected.

Also include a copy of the receipts with the property admin company and show them you have indeed rewarded the accounts off. This should do.
Follow the credit bureau's dispute procedures. You'll enjoy to do it separately with respectively one. I hope this on-line article helps.
