I know it's possible for larger companies to obtain low-interest loans in Yen that they'll later use for investment/development elsewhere. I'd like to know whether it's possible on the personal side?

For example, if you want to invest in property contained by the Bahamas and would like to get a low-interest Yen loan to earnings for the property in the Bahamas.

Does anyone have any experience contained by this? Or is it even possible?!?!
