How long since you can start applying for other credit cards if you barley get one a month ago? I want to get another credit card from similar to best buy

I want to get another credit card from similar to best buy are some where and I barley get mine like a month ago, I compensated it off and i want to know how long i hold to wait until that time i get to "build my credit" next to that?
first of adjectives... try and stay away from credit cards... building credit is a good article, but temptation contained by using them is another.

Avoid "shopping for credit." Each time you apply for a loan or credit card, an inquiry from that lender will be reflected on your credit report. Too copious inquiries can signal to a potential lender that you're a risky customer.

If your application for credit is denied, you're entitled to a free credit report. The denial letter you receive should account the credit bureau used. Contact that company for the copy of your credit report.

If you don't understand the report, contact the credit bureau or your local consumer credit counselor.
Setting up an automatic money plan with your credit card company can lend a hand ensure that you never miss your minimum credit card payment.

If you never use credit of any quality, it doesn't mean that you'll own a great credit history. Most lenders prefer to see a history of credit and debt payment.
barley is in beer and contained by mushroom soup.
One or two credit cards are adjectives you need. Too heaps cards can be as detremental to your credit rating as not paying for them.. Even if they don't have a match on them.
You can apply for credit cards as often as you approaching. They just will start you out next to small credit lines, till they see you are able to remuneration your payments and their on time.
You can try presently if you haven't been excessively applying anywhere else and if the other card be your only card. Be mindful that excessive credit inquiries can lower your credit chalk up.
My Friend I Worked For A Compant That Issues The Best Buy Card DONT GET IT! The Interest Is Ridiculous And So Is The Fees

Answers:    Don't open alien cards to build up your credit. Use the card you have and take-home pay it off within full each month. That is how you can build up your credit ranking. If you have too much available credit, that can be a discouraging thing. Stick to one major card and go near that!
You can apply right away. Just be careful...credit cards can receive you deep surrounded by debt. Be very judicious.
Just remember, every time you apply for alien credit there's an inquiry on your credit report, which drives your credit score down.
If you hardly got this card a month ago, used it, and salaried it off you are on your means of access to biulding credit. As far as a time limit on applying for another I don't assume there is one, however, I should tip off you credit cards can cause chief trouble if you get too lots and abuse them. They can also provide you terrible credit. It adjectives depends on you as to the type of credit history you want.
ANY TIME YOU WANT
Whoa!! Stay AWAY from store credit cards. Take a look at the interest rate on them. They will sock it to you with unsettled fees.

Trust me on this one...if you are trying to build up credit, your best bet is to charge only what you can repay respectively month. For instance, set aside the amount of money you charge on the credit card by placing that amount in a abiding account. Then when the bill arrives, use that money to reimburse it off.

The problem is that if you lug out more than one credit card, eventually you will get into the credit card trap. Which money that you won't be building up your credit rating, you will be building up your credit card payments (and interest charges) each month.

Bad opinion to take out other credit cards, because if you get them, you will be more probable to be tempted to spend above what you can settle off.
the best route is not to get one at adjectives. If you have a total credit card like VISA, AE, or Master Card - that's adjectives you need.
Having too masses credit cards sets you up for a BAD credit rating because it's too tempting to over use them.
If you are competent to manage one credit card and recompense it off every month, your credit rating will be fine.

If you insist, however - and since you already own one - it should be very jammy to get another one right away.
Don't know much about this credit card stuff besides i live surrounded by the Caribbean. We don't deal near credit cards much.
id continue 3 or 4 months so it will show on your credit report if you are getting credit cards makes sure you hold a steady way to settle them off dont buy things that you cant afford I know it sounds stupid but if you want to boost your credit dont get credit you cant afford it the credit beareus dont want you to hold more then 2 or 3 credit cards it make you look irresponsible
Never ever acquire a "store card" always procure a visa or master or discover or American express they are accepted almost everywhere (even contained by the stores) and it is better to build up the credit with one company if you are newly starting out. The stores will jack up the instrest rates and take more of your money.
The stores pray on childlike people who want stuff and don't want to continue for the stuff and might not be able to wages back the money for the stuff for a long time. The longer you purloin to pay the more money they put together off of you!!
If you are trying to build credit I would wait a while. You can build credit more effectively by using the one card you own. Be very measured to stay below 50% of your limit because that will hurt you and compensate it off respectively month. I would stay away from department store cards like Best Buy because they usually enjoy a ridiculous interst rate.

I personally wait a year to get a second card. I believe have too many credit requests inside 6 months hurts your score. My in actual fact went down for a time when I got a sports car loan and then applied to a mortgage loan because the vehicle loan was too exotic. Don't forgot to get your free credit report respectively year. I hope this helps.
Credit score are tricky. You build credit by using your card and making at least your monthly payments prompt. You don't want to run your card over 50%. Department store credit cards are not the best way to strengthen your rack up. Keeping cards open for a longer time of time helps too, after 3 years it looks well-mannered on your credit (shows that you can manage it for a significant spell of time.) You just get your first credit card? Don't close it! I would wait at smallest 6 months before applying for other cards. Go to www.experian.com, it is one of the most important credit reporting agencies. It should give you some tips.
you can apply for as heaps credit cards as you'd like as regularly as you'd like. It's up to the credit company whether they adopt you or not. But only apply for a credit card when you reflect you will be approved. And don't apply for too many.
