How long does an eviction stay on your text?

If the proprietor reports it, Seven Years.
Forever.

Landlords talk to one another... and it's surrounded by the court records. Court accounts do not "expire" like on your credit report.

Smart landlords check the court paperwork for prior evictions, as well as pulling your credit.

Answers:    For it to show up on your credit, the landlord will most possible have to turn to court and get a judgement against you. If they do, the judgement will show up on your credit until the debts are salaried. It will stay on your credit for seven years after being compensated and discharged by the courts.
The last time I checked, the count be 7years like most other cases.
On your credit report, 7 years. Bankruptcies may stay on for 10 years. (if the eviction be due to non-payment of rent).
