Paid stupid $300 debt before sent to collections. Bank sold my debt to collection agency though and dune also put me on check systems.

Chex Systems is just resembling the credit reporting agency. You have to disobey them. It is your right. whenever you are denied a checking account they will provide you a form to fill out that have chex systems contact info. Send a letter disputing the article and you have a virtuous chance it can come past its sell-by date. Otherwise you stay on for 5 years. there are some bank that do not use chex systems. You just enjoy to call and ask. It may be shameful at first. But atleast on the phone they never see who you are. they say yes or no and you save going.

I got put on that also- I dont know how you bring off... i believe youre usually on for 7 years. I did contact a bank- south gorge and if i pay bad the full debt i owe to the bank who reported me, and rob a class south valley dune offers i can find a checking account. Might wanna check into that and see if any bank offer that where on earth you are.

If you still have the proof of the debt anyone paid surrounded by full, send that information to the collection agency & Check Systems. They should remove you once they see the debt have been rewarded.

You can jump to www.consumerdebit.com and get your Chex Systems report for free by decree. Once you get it review it for correctness. If you paid your NSF/Overdraft previously it went to collections and you hold documentation you can dispute it with Chex Systems
