You dont create a unsullied one-- its tied to your social security number.

You just enjoy to pay off delinquencies and income all bills on time. It will move about up-- eventually.

You don't.......legally anyway. It may pocket a while, but you're just going to have to build your credit up.

You can't create a new file, but you can revamp your existing one.

And yes, unlike the first poster claims, you can justifiably correct your file. As long as the information that is planned has errors (which they probably do) you have every right to request the information be corrected, or if incompetent to be corrected then it must be deleted.
