I am flying across the country (from CT to WA) to meet my biological father for the first time. They are available at best buy, walmart, target and albertsons. They are available up with the offering cards are purchased. You can put money on it at the register when it is activated. Hope this help, and since your not signing a contract, you can be a minor. Happy traveling!
