See if you can get a 0% interest on stability transfers card. Transfer your balances (there will be a fee) and pay them past its sell-by date that way.

I would consolidate it all by "selling the debt" to some
clever company with whom you can discuss a better interest rate, they reimburse your debt off for you then you a moment ago pay them, they get some dutiful interest, you pay a lower interest... both win.
But you don't want to trust just nearly anybody, read up on it, get ammo first then it'll be easier, here you'll find tons more info than I could possibly
post here. It'll steal a bit but it's your money and well worth
taking your time over it

We really need more information about what you want to fix beside your credit. Is it that you haven't been paying on your debts or do you just surmise that $3000 on credit cards means you have desperate credit?
