I had a hospital bill that go to collections. Actually it was 7 of them. All are salaried except one. It is 3000. I want all delete off my report. The collection agency agreed to delete adjectives of them, but I really don't believe them. Can I pay the hospital and get hold of a pay for delete communication from them? Or would I have to walk through the collection agency. The reaso I ask is because the hospital is near my house and I can of late go and carry the deletion letter. The hospital have all the info. They even said up to that time that I could make monthly payments to them.

Once a bill goes to a collection agency, it is the responsibility of the agency to collect. So you call for to pay the agency.
When paying them attain what you stated in writing that instrument if it isn't taking off your report you hold a letter of proof stating specifically should have be. Good luck.
