My college is claiming I signed up for classes that I never signed up for...I have sent them my time card from work to prove I be at work and had HR write them a message saying we do not own internet access at work.my problem is none of this will be considered proof by them that I didn't sign up for the classes I also called and complained...I do not consider I should pay $700 for classes I didn't sign up for but I inevitability to protect my credit, what should I do?! Answers:    Demand that THEY prove you did sign up for these classes. Without knowing which state you are in and whether it's a collection agency after you or the conservatory itself, I really don't have any more substantial warning to give. When it is reported to the credit bureau, all you hold to do is dispute it , they have 30 days to respond or it comes past its sell-by date.
