Have you hear of calling cards that expire? When a local organization found out my son be going over seas

When a local organization found out my son be going over seas they give him a gift of two 300 minute calling cards. When he tried to use them to bid home he was told they have expired. He tried a few times and got one and the same answer each time. We found this thoroughly dissapointing not just for my son but for the system that paid for them. Should we agree to the organizaton know this? We are at a loss, we do not want to hurt their feelings.

Answers: The calling card usually expire 3 months, 6 months, 8 months or 1 year after first use. Few calling card expire past use.

But for some online refill card, they will expire 8 months after purchase.

nope never heard of that. you should tolerate the organization know give or take a few this.

my grandma has perpaid minutes for her cell phone and they run out after 120 days approaching 4 months. I have a calling card and not sure if they enjoy a chance of expireing check to see if here is a number on the back of the card phone it and ask them if they expire. If no answers can be found i would make it know to that procedure the trouble. Just so it dont happen to any other house.
