Answers:    I've hear of Sears doing this when someone doesn't use the card for a long time, especially when there's no balance. There be a man on the news merely a few days ago who had a credit on his details and they took it away stating "administrative fees".

Sears is one of the worst of the worst. Close that account.

Even my SIL who works for them surrounded by the credit department advises against anyone have a Sears card.
