They guaranteed me a lb10,000 loan if i paid the allowance, when i paid they sent me a loan for lb3000 at an interest rate of 44%. The unbroken company preys on vunerable people surrounded by desperate need of a loan and do not carefulness about nouns and morals. I am in a clash with them at the moment to seize my refund and if anyone have had like problems please email me the details and i can try to get a luggage to take to trading standards. These big companies shouldn't be allowed to rip stale innocent people, so please help out.

Answers: I dont mean to be rude but if the interest rate of 44% is what you signed contained by the contract then i.e. what you are going to have to payment and you may not have completely much you can do legally. There is this company that runs these ad here on TV for cash advance for anyone and they charge 99% APY on it. Its not like they are recounting you its a fixed loan for 7% and then shifting it to 44%. You should be lucky that they did not give you the full 10k later you would be in trouble.

I hold!! I explained to them that I have fruitless credit and they gauranteed me a loan of lb12,000 which would be apid out within 3 days if I promptly tracked the application by paying the fee on my debit card. Which I did, I consequently had a communiqu�� through 5 days later clich�� they had found me a lender.Nationwide! (where you obligation perfect credit!!) I told them that I know that I would not be accepted but told me to apply as they have sucessfully found that lender for me, which I did and I got decline, and another search on my credit report. I asked for my repayment which at the start they say if they can't find you a lender afterwards your gauranteed a full refund, however I be tld I had to loaf 6 months to get a discount!! As they were still trying to meeting me up with lenders!! I hold had countless arguments on the cell phone and I have wrote numerous memo but all I achieve back is Nothing! My 6 months is almost up and I will be contacting them nonetheless again to get my discount!!
