To breed matters worst they required member to ONLY call within to cancel the free trial strong views and do not accept fax or email cancellations.

Shhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
That's why I never use the so call "free" credit reports. Get your reports from the source, at www.annualcreditreport.com.
If you want to pay to see your chalk up, pay one of the three credit reporting agencies. If you want your credit report monitored, you can do that also through one of the tree credit reporting agencies. (TransUnion, Experian & Equifax).
However, to resolve your problem, you'll probably enjoy to file a dispute next to your credit card company explaining why you are disputing the charge. I did that recently beside a product I purchased on line that have a 30 money back guarantee but to distribute it back, I have to call an 800 number. I call that number at least 12 times and get a recording every single time that said to confer on a message and they'd call me rear. No one ever called me final so I disputed it with American Express and get my money back that mode.
Yea they do that.not so free after adjectives...call the CC company and inform them that charges from that company be disallowed and explain your common sense.
Answers: Next time travel to http://www.annualcreditreport.com... (the government's website)... for now, hold on to trying and perhaps see if there's a agency to contact your credit card company to see what you can do. You've tried, in dutiful faith, to contact them but within doesn't seem to be a channel. The credit card company may step in and not allow for the charge to jump through. Keep trying on the phone and see if you can get through. Odds are that they lone accept call at certain times... hang on to calling and hope/pray that you can get through.
Cancel that CR card immediately
Keep trying to call. Keep a written copy of your attempts. If you do not get through, and they charge your card, dispute the charge beside the card issuer. Make sure you do this in the correct attitude. Many require a dispute to be in written form.
Never pass anyone your credit card number to get something for "Free".

Above is the management website that allows you to get a truly free look at your credit reports, once per annum.
Unfortunately, you did go to the wrong place for your "free" credit report. The tipoff should enjoy been when they asked for your credit card number.
You can still be in motion here:
https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/i...
and then every year thereafter and achieve your free reports from each of the three reporting agencies:
Equifax...Trans Union...Experian
Try contacting the number on the wager on of the credit card you used and speak to someone there...maybe they can cancel the transaction or at most minuscule advise you on what to do.
Faye H and Gene L enjoy it right: Calling your credit card company is the best way to receive your money back and to stop them from taking more money.
Make sure you convey your credit card company these are "unauthorized" charges.
Experian has be sued several times over just this open-handed of thing. They be also fined twice by the FTC for a total of $1.25 million dollars for their freecreditreport.com web site.
After you go and get your money back, you should record a complaint with the FTC through this join:

Don't let them attain away with this!
