My concern is after i go into foreclosure, will I know how to continue to lease a sports car? My credit is perfect, aside from the foreclosure or achievement in lieu surrounded by the future. I hold been leasing for yearsso my sports car payment history is immaculate, not a single missed payment. Any insight would be greatly apreciated. :-)
Answers: It is curious how you articulate your credit is perfect except for the forclosure. However, to purely answer your question your credit rack up is only one factor.
It will probably drop relatively a bit, but when the underwriters look and see the forclosure on it even with a dutiful score you will still own trouble getting any financing. It should not effect your current lease but any new ones will be difficult.
Why do you lease cars? Just buy a used coup¨¦ for $1,000 or so and drive it until it drops.
With the money you save, you should know how to pay your mortgage.
