i have no assignment and own no assets i live with my parents to lend a hand my mom who has several bug i have be served with summons/complaint papers by they deputy consequently i received a letter within the mail that say (this matter comes up to that time the court on the plaintiffs motion for the default judgement , and the court, anyone fully advised surrounded by the premises, finds the follows etc ect.) then the other daylight the deputy came final to my house when i wasnt home to serve me some more papers an as far as i know this is the only debt i enjoy do i have time to database chapter 7 and if i get trial aide how much besides the 299.00 filing excise will it cost me I agree - get a career tossing newspapers or something - contained by fact, if you're nursemaid to your mom, and can't hand down her for long enough to work a shift, you should qualify for some style of state assistance.
It would cost you more to file the composition work to file a Chapter 7 than the amount owed.
Contact the entity owed, work out a payment calendar to make this right. Then pocket a job or two for a little to get this settled. You could work at a McDonalds for 1 week and rate this off. From start to finish a Chapter 7 take several months... you could make this right contained by one week.
