Ebay Nightmare - What should i do? I ordered a phone on ebay in the month of demonstration and

I ordered a phone on ebay in the month of demonstration and after a while the phone never came by and i emailed the peddler almost everyday and then i complete a paypal dispute this was my first time doing it and i messed it up, the peddler didn't reply back the dispute and i didn't escalade the dispute on paypal and in a minute they said the case is cold i didn't know the rules of paypal i thought they would appropriate care of the dispute. Now i want to attempt to instinctively contact the seller but the merchant has no longer a rationalization. What do i do now to bring at least my money rear legs. Should i call my credit card company. Do you have a sneaking suspicion that its a lost cause presently.

Yes, appointment your credit card company and dispute the charge.

Have you contacted Ebay? They are suppose to hold care of this quality of stuff and usually do.
Also calll your credit card xco. and tell them you NEVER puirchased this item!

Did you clear with paypal?
Contact your credit card and record a dispute, or chargeback.
The seller have to prove they mailed it.
If they can't prove it, after, the cc will refund your money.
Discover card have a different policy and you will have to contact them if you remunerated with that card. yes too late. so sorry. verbs.
