Does your credit history follow you if you move country? I might be moving country from England to Finland (to live permanently)

I might be moving country from England to Finland (to live permanently) and I was wondering if my credit history will follow me. The drive I ask is that I have comparatively a bit of debt with credit cards etc (in the UK), and I'm thinking of freshly not paying the money back, next leaving for Finland.

Will my impossible record follow me??
No it does not follow you. Not even in between US and Canada which are closely economically integrated. You own to change your financial customs and lifestyle to live within your ability.
Yes it will follow you whereever you go..Know why?
Your Social Security Number!!
Your SSN is allied to your credit... When you apply for credit and loans, what lenders ask for? SSN!

Answers:    In common, credit history cannot be transfered between two countries. If you moved to Finland then you would start from gash and have to build up a unsullied credit history all over again.

However, if you do hold outstanding debts, then folks are still obliged to get better these even if you're not in like peas in a pod country.

I don't think it's the answer for you ... even if no-one did try to achieve you whilst you were surrounded by Finland, if you tried to return to England even 50 years from now consequently the debts would still be on your record, but how much extra interest would they own accrued by afterwards? You'd be stuffed if you ever came stern. Interpol might.
