They start by removing the soul and personality from adjectives their employees. Education on law like the FCRA and FDCPA is strictly suggested.

Answers:    I am contained by collections for a major credit card--have be for a very long time. We are trained to be professional, sympathetic, etc. The desire is to satisfy the debt while working beside the customer. The customer may not be in moral standing at this time, but somewhere down the line, they will be looking for credit and will remember who worked for them. I am going to assume that you are chitchat about third pary collection agencies, which is a totally different orb game. If you are not bright and breezy with the passageway you are being treated, save in mind you do not hold to tolerate it. Ask for a manager. Write a message requesting no more calls, lone correspondence in writing--they can not give the name you again. Keep in mind too, that collectors also do procure a lot of rough up. It's easy when you are going through a firm time, to blame it on someone else. And collectors do take relatively a bit of verbal harm.
