you can purchase prepaid credit cards at most local supermarkets, like kroger, even at dollar stores. engineer sure it has a visa or mastercard logo and have an expiration date. most places require you know the expiration date and have a billing address for the credit card.

yes you can. i get them adjectives the time for internet shopping. grocery stores usually have them but the most i enjoy ever seen on one is 100$. try buying plenty 100$ cards for your purchase and then calling best buys customer service number and giving them adjectives the card numbers. its worked for me several times. some places are cool about pre compensated cards, others have problems because they arent registered to you. but i presume there is a process to register the cards to make it easier.

They do, but sometimes they're not easy to find. In some places you can pick them up at gas stations. Sometimes they're at bank, too. As long as it's a card from a card company that best buy takes, there's no use why they shouldn't take it.
