I had one desperate thing on my credit.
The SOL expired years ago and after spending 7 years on my credit report it have been removed.
Now an attorney for a JDB wishes to collect even though he has no info on the untested debt (other than the town it was made in). Is that alike thing?
When these JDB's buy portfolios of antediluvian debts, does it contain personal and private information about someones identity, similar to social security numbers?
How do these clowns find general public to hound them?

They hold it all. You own to request a copy of the original contract or paperwork. When they influence that debt never go away officially it dosen't it may fall rotten your credit, but that don't mean that the inspired creditor don't stop trying to collect even if the value of it is $1 -you didn't repay and they still want it at the cost of your credit and headache. Request a settlement or a short time ago pay the bill -u know you owe it -right? But check that unmarked debt owner they by now enjoy went on your credit for up to date collections. The more collection accounts on your record the lower the ranking. They will create new side no's (legally) and new set off will appear because of new fees and interest. But yeah, it's decriminalized and they have it adjectives..

Answers: Write them a letter unfolding them to cease contacting you... They are hoping you cavern and send them money...
