Do prisoners procure their debts erased?

Normally its the later thing on most adjectives prisoners minds anyway, but NO, there debts would be toy with like anyone elses. Most things would travel into collection.

If you called the companies that you hold debts with, MAYBE they could work something out for you, but its outstandingly unlikely.
NO! not a soul gets their debts erased until THEY PAY IT OFF!

Answers:    Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act anything placed on your credit report is removed after 7 years. So I guess if you went to prison for 7 years you would emerge near a pretty clean credit transcript. Though your lenders would still be able to come after you.
Paying your debt to the crime that made one a prisoner does not equate to paying off your financial debts. Victims of the crime may not judge your time in prison is sufficient for paying past its sell-by date that debt either!

If you're asking on behalf of a financially stable partner, and your partner only just ended up within prison, then it would be best if you can go and get your partner to sign a power of attorney so that you may handle their financial affairs. This isn't jammy, as you can't just bring a notary into prison. Best, if you do this past they get sentence contained by partnership with their attorney.
If you be in prison long ample that your debt fell off of your credit report you could bid it erased. But you still owe it and the lenders still have the right to come after you for it.
