Do I hold any option to argument these credit card jerk? I got a bright credit card. I enter my banking commentary

I got a bright credit card. I enter my banking commentary information online into their system. I start making payments online through their system. I'm getting "Return Check Fees". I think, "That's abnormal, I could have sworn I have the money in the mound." I get a second "Return Check Fee" when I KNOW I have money in the ridge.

I finally realize out I had mis-entered my bank information! Now, I've got 2 return check fees, 2 delayed fees and 1 over the limit duty because they never got ANY of my payments. I finally settle the balance bad in full but the 2nd Return Check Fee hit after I salaried everything off and in a minute I have a symmetry of $35. I called them and talk to them for 45 minutes but they wouldn't reverse ANY of the fees.

I explained to them the situation and hoped they would act contained by good reliance and reverse just one the fees so I could hold a $0 balance and close the sketch. They NEVER made an effort to check my hill information or contact me nor did I have to enter it twice to confirm
I would directory a complaint with state attorney generals bureau against these clip artists...

also contest any credit bureau report info that may show up on your credit history

check with better business bureau also to see if this company have problems..
Oops sorry dude you messed up, guess that this is an expensive lesson to double check the information YOU enter into a computer is the correct information. The Credit Card company never got rewarded, and the checks you sent them were not honored so you are liable for any punitive damages you agreed to by signing the contract and agreeing to their Terms of Service (oh and you probably hold a higher rate in a minute if you do decide to preserve the card, and a good arbitrariness on you credit report)

This is a key judgment NOT to use on-line bill pay unless through YOUR edge and you have verified ALL THE INFORMATION is correct.

Answers:    write a communication to the better business bureau, and the state attorney general (where the card be issued from), mail a duplicate copy to the credit card company..the bbb or the attorney common will speak for you and might reverse the charge.
Lets' see, you entered the wrong information and very soon you are trying to blame the credit card company for your mistake.

Hope you learn from this. It's your responsibility to generate sure the information you enter is correct not theirs.
