Just pulled up my credit report and it came up as 678-- I'm moving into a brand new apartment in a few months and be thinking of opening a current card at Ikea. I don't want to apply and not be approved because I know that can damage your credit. Will I be approved??

Well it depends on what state you live in since the averages are sophisticated in some states than others. Since your at roughly National Average Id try sticking to the credit/debit cards at your bank or something along the neighborhood of that.
