My bank details is being held by collections agency (debt problem). They get the Judgement (NY) and its been 2 years since i stopped paying the creditor. This is the third collections agency trying me. The first two bothered me near phone calls. But this one come with a judgement. Is this judgement court ? How can I resolve this ?
