Credit report from equifax. disputed 2 items ?? They responded with a epistle staing that the companies are not currently

They responded with a epistle staing that the companies are not currently reporting in your credit profile. what does that mean. They sent another report and the items are still in attendance. I know the report is wrong.

Answers:    If the companies are not reporting to the credit bureaus, they probably are no longer due-paying members. Therefore, the credit bureaus are incompetent to verify your disputes and they should be removed.
When you dispute an item. The credit bureaus will then convey the dispute to the creditor who in turn have 30 days to respond. If they do not respond, the derogatory trade lines should be removed.
Dispute it again and if they don't reply in six weeks the disputed items come bad your credit report.
