Credit report and collections frustration!? Okay ... I have a handful of bills from assorted companies in

The problem is I can't locate some of the accounts! :-( Just for ONE company, I have call them 3 times and have be to 3 different collection agencies and make 4 more call ... and NOBODY has my statement! Basically there is zilch anyone can do ... SO ... my question is, what does a credit report contain, can I bring on for free, and is there a course I can get a report of adjectives of the bills, companies, and amounts that are currently affecting my credit score? HOW and WHERE? I live surrounded by MA, if that helps ... Thanks!
You can get a free credit report. Google it. Keep contained by mind, there are 3-4 different credit report companies you will entail to get them adjectives.
I'm surrounded by MN, but I found these links on "Google";

Answers:    First, run a deep breath. Calm down. This isn't anywhere fundamental the end of the world and can be handle quite glibly.

If you have not on the other hand received your free anual credit report, go to www.anualcreditreport.com and drop through their hoops to get your three credit reports. Print them out and look them over. This will make clear to you who the last company be that purchased your debt. If you have already contacted that company and they deny have the account, afterwards great, forget it and get on near life. Evidently nobody is pursuing the debt so why should you push the issue.

The other point to look for is whether or not the debt was refered to a court for verdict. If the courts have issued a judgement against you, afterwards it is up to the company who owns the debt to collect on it. Again, if nobody is actively pursuing collecting that debt, don't push the issue. Eventually, the Statute of Limitations will elapse and then nobody will owe on the debt. (If someone tries to contact you after the SOL have expired and tries to tell you that near is no SOL, tell them that they are S.O.L.)

Hire a professional credit restoration company to remove the items from your reports (it will typically lift between six months and a year) and it will be as if it never happened.
