Credit report? I have some information from a apartment on my credit report, i.e.

I have some information from a apartment on my credit report, i.e. causing a low rating. It's similar to 1,500 dollars worth of unpaid debt. I was told to write (hand write) parcels to the credit bureau contesting the information, and send it certified e-mail so someone is actually recieveing it. Can someone expain contained by detail what exactly to write, and to who? Do I need to write adjectives three agencies? And how often?

If you suspect Identiy Theft, ask them for precautions to take. They will push for you further.

You are entitled to one credit report from each, free of charge, once respectively year. Request that online and then dispute any erroneous information. Give them adjectives the information you have.
You can try, but if the debt is within your states statute of limitations, next they will not remove it. If it IS beyond your states SOL then you can write the CRA's and inform them of this certainty. They may or may not remove the item.
