Credit Question ...? i have a Credit card for a retail store and the balance
If I close the story will I be able to apply again in time?
You should unequivocally pay it off, but not put an end to it.
Pay it rotten but never close your account..put it in the freezer within a baggie of water. It will reflect disappointingly on you Fico score if you cancel the card
Answers:
I agree. Pay past its sell-by date the card, but if you think you might want it later, newly put it away. It will carry a zero be a foil for as long as you don't charge anything more on it. Then you can get it out and use it when you need it. It would be a lavish to cancel the card and then apply for another next. It's true that canceling might adversely affect your credit rating. Plus, if you apply later and something bad have happened to your credit, you run the risk of not being approved when you reapply.
Pay it off...that will give you more available credit and that take your score up.
If you close accounts, it takes your available credit down and doesnt look so great.
You own to read about debt ratio. Google it...there is greatly of information.
Good Luck
