Credit problem. Need some accepted wisdom? My husband's job promised health support. When it came time for

My husband's job promised health support. When it came time for his ninty days...they said "we are changing policies." Another 5 months following they offered a catostrophic care plan with a $6,000 deductable. During this time...my husband suffered from core health problems from being an asthmatic and a separate problem beside bakers systs in the back of his knees. Now we owe $10,000 that we can't wage. Every institution is demanding $50 or more a month on payment plans. We simply cannot do it! There is not enough money coming contained by. I quit my job because I found I was working to wages a sitter and have to look for a better paying job. It is effecting our credit desperately and now won't allow us to get a loan to salary it off. What do we do?

Answer:
There is a statute of limitations on oral agreements, but I don't know what state you live in. If he be promised benefits at work and then they changed it, after he was hired, they breached their promise to him. He can sue them and form them pay his past, current, and possibly adjectives medical bills, as he took that job with the assumption that he would hold good benefits. Since jobs are thorny to find these days, it is not likely for him to be capable of find a replacement job, so he may have a tremendously good case against them. Try contacting an attorney, and see if you can pay cheque them a consultation fee to ask questions and see if you own a case. If you are not satisfied near his answer, get another one. Check out the statute of limitations for oral agreements in your state within the link below.

God Bless you with a great attorney and God Bless your husband beside wellness.
