Credit cards, What happen to someone when and they still own credit card bills? Who pays it? When they die?

Who pays it? When they die?
No one pays the credit card bills. Credit cards cannot be collected if the person dies. They can lone take stern the items bought with the credit card.
Their 'estate' owes the money. So anything they had ownership of when they died would be disposed of by the estate advocate, and the bills paid through that.

Answers:
Their spouse or next of kin take over the debt- hopefully that person departed enough money within a will to take precision of it. Debt doesn't get unobserved just because someone pass away!
There next of kin. Being a spouse, parent, or child of the character who died.
The executor of the estate remuneration it. Believe, me they creditors still want their money.
The debt belongs to their estate. In other words, if they own anything (houses, cars, etc), when those things are sold, they will be used against any remaining debt. If near is no estate, the debt is NOT passed on to relatives (except the spouse).

I only inherit debt if I inherit someone's estate. It is still a pretty lousy point to do----running up a lot of debt toward the closing of one's life ..because even though line doesn't inherit the debt, companies eat the debt and that cause all of our products to be more expensive.
The estate takes thinking of it.

The spouse is only responsible if they be on the account as a collective owner.

The executor or next of kin is NOT responsible for the debt.
