Depends on what you are using it for. I have ordered software and such next to my card and it can be declined even though my info is correct. It's only just a safeguard that you should be glad of. You just telephone call the 800 number of the company that you are buying from or call the number on the hindmost of your card if it happens deeply. The code could mean anything.... If it keep happening capably maybe it's not your card.
