Credit card near the most decrease, what are they?

AMEX have a few - it used to be the gold card, but presently I think it's black or titanium. You can't apply for one - they enjoy to offer it to you. It have NO LIMIT - but you'll screw up you credit defectively if you can't make the payments...and you won't be offered one unless your credit is stellar within the first place.
