I just get approved for a Capitol One credit card and I should be receiving it surrounded by 7 to 10 business days. Can I use that credit card in Rome Italy when I stir there contained by October? Good idea, impossible idea? This is my first credit card and I want to do it right. Will they charge me fees for using it over sea? If it is cheaper/better to just use bread and convert that over to euros then I will do that. Help Please!

Yeah of course you can...Credit cards enjoy been immobilize over seas for several years now. Just approaching anywhere else you should be careful where on earth you use it and always hold your receipts.
