County Court Judgement short me individual contacted or involved within the process while living contained by Dubai? A CCJ was awarded against me for leashold fees on 2 properties

A CCJ was awarded against me for leashold fees on 2 properties I own within the UK (less than 5K each CCJ). Throughout the full process I was not contacted as the address they claim to own on record have changed. Now the Debt Collectors has effectively approached my hill and instructed them to increase my mortgage to recover the debt Again, the address the hill have for me have changed and I had not advise the bank. My borrowing be increased without me knowing All going against me up untill presently!

However the property management company who have contacted the Debt collection company had my email address, mobile handset number and new address resourcefully before any CCJ or debt recouping company had be approached, and this can be proved as I have 2 route correspondance by email.

I am not disputing the fact I owe money for the lease fees. If the managment company have contacted me on an address, telephone number or email address they have all of this would never enjoy happened.

What do I do?

Answers: What can you do? It might be a well-mannered idea to retribution a solicitor to sort this out.

The fact that you are not disputing you owe the money, just the a CCJ was made in need communication with yourself, is not a pious position to be in.

As already stated, if you try the allowed route they will find that the debt was lawful and that you had an opportunity to repay that debt - but for anything reason chose not to.

My direction is to pay rotten your debt without any further escalation otherwsie it will do more injure to your credit rating and cause further problems surrounded by the future.

In brief - put it down to experience, settle your debt, and move on.
