Answers: Contact the agency and see if they are willing to form an arrangement with you. Please Remember though that it will echo as a settlement on your credit report.
When I got married, my (then deadbeat) husband have a judgement agains him. I was (begrudingly) making payments. At some point, I question the amount still due and was offered an amount if it be paid surrounded by full within 30 days. We took it and I've be keeping my husband judgement free ever since.
