Considering CH 13 liquidation...call for counsel? I have a good errand, but since I bought my house

I have a good errand, but since I bought my house almost 3 years ago, my credit has nose-dived (it is below 600 now). My mtg payment go up $200 a month (taxes, int. rate), which means I pay over partly my take home pay for my house sum! Needless to say, I robbed Peter to pay Paul as long as I could, but it have caught up to me now. I can't breed ends meet and am considering CH 13, to keep my house. I am roughly 4 months behind in mtg, owe IRS for ultimate year, and tried a reputable credit counseling service. If I could have refinanced, I may have be able to forestall all this, but I could not carry a new loan on my own home. What else can I do? Serious answers, please.

Answer:
OK the person above me must of thought you ment chapter 7, beside a chapter 13 meaning you will pay pay for your debt just with the abet of the courts. It is not a bad thing to do I did it for equal reason just to save my house during a pretty messy divorce. My credit was screwed and have spent the later 2 years doing anything and everything to rebuild it but I didn't love my house. So was it worth it yes it be. They will garnish your wages to pay what debt you enjoy and you have to live on the rest but again u will keep your house so worth it.

:)
the 4 months will hold to be paid if you plan on keeping your house thru all of this even if you directory ch13. You will be asked to sign a paper to exclude the house only if you pay envelope back the money otherwise they will forclose. I keep my house payments up to date when I file ch 13 so I did not have any trouble excluding it from the bankrupcy. I paid it first if anything get paid.
