If I make a clearance through paypal (of 3 dollars to be exact, which I'm going to put back when I subsequent go to the bank), will my co-guardian own to be notified? I'm not on the other hand 18, that's why I need a "guardian". It say that I can't make a withdrawl in need her permission (my grandmother) but since I'm doing it through paypal what will come up? This is for the future too, I don't want her finding out whenever I spawn any little orders, she'd never get the drift it. I'm VERY responsible and I ONLY take out what I can put wager on.

Answers:    You are not what anyone else would consider "responsible". You're fiddling around trying to figure out how to spend what is supposed to be hoard. You're doing things behind your grandmother's spinal column. Making a withdrawal through paypal is still making a deduction. In addition, you are making a representation to paypal that you own authority over an account, when you do not. This is call "bank fraud".
She'll be "notified" by seeing it on her guard statement. She'll see a $3.00 deduction from her details that has be paid out to Paypal. Hopefully, the subsequent line item she see will be a $3.00 deposit, which represents you paying back the money that you ... um ... "borrowed", but there's no track the deposit will erase the record of the debt. They'll both show up.
