my girlfrien had gotn items of club book contained by my name to our address,totaling 863.00.ive merely had a missive from a solictor working for the clubbook saying they are instrusted to restore your health the aforesaid dept.they said they want the full amount in 7 days or failing that they own instructions to issue proceedings for recovery.said they will charge 863.00 for dept and 10.00 intrest and court fees 55.00 and solictor fees 70.00.total 1003.00.can they do this and would it not cost them more to shift to court.please help.my girlfriend and i split up 2 mths ago and she moved out of the country,i dont no where on earth she is or anything please help...
