Citicard¡¯s attorney department say they are all set to sue me..support!? I was told that if I don¡¯t kind a full payment of

I was told that if I don¡¯t kind a full payment of my debt for $2000 by the train of next month they are going to database a suit against me. I asked for an extension till the end of May and she refuse. I told her I would make a giving for $1000 in the extension of April and another $1000 in the close of May. She refused and insisted I borrower the money from my dad. Is nearby any way I can return with an extra month to pay my debt. Can I contact Citibank and ask them, I hear once your debt goes into collection that imaginative lender can no longer deal beside you, is this true. Any answers truly appreciated.
There are a lot of law governing what debt collectors can and cannot do. Try looking them up online. For instance, they're not allowed to threaten you or anything close to that. So, learn the law, and then you can threaten to counter sue her. Most collectors only just bully people because they know that most folks will be intimidated instead of fighting wager on with the statute.

Here's just one of the websites I found when doing a force out. there are plenty more. http://www.theacorn.com/news/2001/0816/C...
no creditor can stop you from making a payment. if you can put the 1000, down afterwards do so. then contact citibank and cooperate to a SUPERVIOR in charge of the payments. they will be glad to arrange it that course for you. Hi,
I used "Credit Solution" to settle my debt and improve my credit rack up.They managed to cut my debt up to 58%.It's legitimate.I come across this company on NBC News Special Edition.Check it out here:

You're probably not going to like my answer. Tell them to be in motion to H$LL and make the $1,000 payments as you planned.

They are trying to intimidate you into making the wage now. How dare they make clear to you to borrow the money. Next phone call win tough...tell them exactly when they can expect grant and if they don't like too fruitless...believe me they want their money.

Get a name, phone number and fax. Send a statement about the conversation and let them know that if you receive anymore harassing phone call that you will get an attorney. Just breed sure you are not putting yourself in a bind to gross the payments.

The cost of the creditor to bring forth a lawsuit is more than the $2000 that is owed. The get-together knows your babyish and is taking advantage of your removal of experience and youth. Growl right back at them and sway up in their frontage!

Good luck Write a letter to the CEO of the company, I am serious, explain your situation and your gameness to pay the money wager on. Do not get haggle, As a costumer this company needs you, if not they are losing profit. So write a letter to the CEO and explain the situation and also relay them what you want them to do explicitly. It should work. and if this person (the credit woman from Citi) ask you again for the money, tell them that you are waiting for a response from his/her CEO.

Better on the other hand, after you have sent the missive, contact this lady from the company and explain to her you have sent a dispatch to the CEO and you are waiting for a response.

Do not write the letter contained by anger or disgust, it has to be professional. I believe they will aid you in some track, and not outright sue you.
They are bullying you. It is a bluff. Make plans to retribution the amount due as best you can. Send it in as in a flash as possible. They'll eventually stop hassling you. Don't settle any extra fees. Then, never go subsidise to them again. Good luck.
