If u hold proof that helps, but even if they hold record of u working the 8th and the 9th, they still own to pay you, which still should be indistinguishable amount of pay for two days right? If it is next just appropriate the pay for the two days they hold you down for.

It could be possible that taxes ate up your pay, depending on what you claim within your w-2 form. Get a print out of the hours and days you worked and compare those to your hourly pay and you should know how to see if taxes were a factor within non-payment. You should find a check stub or reciept in th post.
