Checkcare question? my brother and sister in tenet have gotten into a financial mess

my brother and sister in tenet have gotten into a financial mess beside checks.....to make a long story short some of the checks go to a collection place called checkcare.just about how long do they allow to pick up checks?and will they take warrents out for them?if anyone know please let me know they are getting put money on on track he just get new mission but wont be paid for 2 weeks?appreciation

Checkcare doesn't take warrant out for accounts, they can't, because they are not a party to the check. If the merchant that originally agreed the checks feels that in attendance was fraud involved, later the Merchant would have to report it to the police or Magistrate, who would trade name that decision.

Checkcare is merely a collection agency and hold no speical authorities over other collection agencies.

However, they will share your information with other check recouping places...they all exchange information...your bank routing/account number is cross referenced with your drivers license number...so if you closed out your ridge account, and after opened another, when your drivers license be presented on the new report, they would "register" the new side number and block that one too.

If it's only two weeks, you should be fine. Just communicate beside them, set up a payment plan, and hold on to all cancelled checks beside a running balance.

No warrant. Wait! It would depend on the amount of the check(s) and how many own bounced. But, no, they will not go for a warrant fast. They will go for a tort; a judgement against his paycheck in the past they put him in detain. If he's in incarcerate they can't get squat.

If they wrote checks knowing they didn't enjoy money in the wall it is fraud. They could be arrested if can prove the fraud, they probably will be allowed to redeem the bounced checks and lose banking privileges a few years.
