We are in the process of filing chapter 13. We have our first meeting with the attorney...the free meeting...now this tuesday we will assemble with her paralegal to go over adjectives of our bills and income and get started. We are set to get a stimulus check surrounded by the mail at the end of this month...what will appear with this check? I'm fairly sure that our liquidation won't be filed before consequently, but I'm not sure how quickly the process happens. We'd really resembling to keep that money!
